Seattle friends, Kelly is returning this spring with a special new offering for you: Living Accompanied Retreat.

It is a day-long, experiential retreat designed to help you embody and live the practices of Accompanied - in relationship with yourself and in community with others.

This Retreat is open to:

  • Those who have completed an Accompanied course

  • Participants currently in DEEPENING

  • Newcomers who are curious about this work and want a grounded, welcoming introduction

No prior experience is required. This day is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What the day will include

Together, we will move through the Accompanied Blueprint—a practical, compassionate framework for living with greater awareness, steadiness, and connection—through a balance of:

  • Guided contemplative practices

  • Small-group conversations and reflection

  • Creative and embodied experiences, including a hands-on pottery activity

  • Time for quiet integration and rest

  • Community building in a warm, supportive container

This retreat integrates the gentleness of contemplative practice with the clarity of evidence-based education. Participants will be introduced to science-informed ways of understanding the nervous system, emotions, and relational patterns, and will learn practical skills for regulating stress, responding rather than reacting, and staying connected during moments of challenge.

The day is grounded in decades of experience teaching parents, caregivers, and professionals, and translates research from neuroscience, attachment, and psychology into practices that are both accessible and deeply human.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is for anyone who:

  • Wants to live with more clarity, compassion, and ease

  • Is curious about integrating mindfulness and relational awareness into daily life

  • Longs for meaningful connection with loved ones and extended community

  • Appreciates learning through experience, reflection, and creativity

You do not need to be a parent, a meditator, or familiar with the Accompanied language to participate fully.

The setting

We will gather at the Mt. Baker Rowing & Sailing Center, a beautiful waterfront space that naturally supports reflection, creativity, and connection. The rhythm of the day includes both structured experiences and spaciousness, allowing time to integrate what arises.

What you’ll leave with

  • More grounded and resourced

  • Clearer about how to apply Accompanied principles in everyday life

  • Deeply connected—to themselves and to others

  • Renewed, steadied, and supported

  • Practical, science-based tools for working with emotions, stress, and relationships
